Business Analyst (Non-MBA Degree)

Duties & Responsibilities

Business analysts will work with senior management on a variety of projects simultaneously and will be rapidly challenged in client projects. You will be asked to support a broad range of activities from solving complex analytical problems like model-based asset valuation to the communication of complex ideas through diagrams and presentations. You will be presented with many opportunities to grow your analytic and business skills in a dynamic work environment with no artificial boundaries. Your team responsibilities will continue to grow with the development of your skill set.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's or a graduate degree in engineering, economics, physics, or mathematics with additional coursework and/or outside study in finance. They will have strong analytical capabilities in addition to energy, maturity, and creativity. Successful candidates will be highly self-motivated and show great enthusiasm for solving problems. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is required. Experience with computer programming, particularly in Matlab, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, and/or C++ is helpful. Considering our strong involvement in European markets, working knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian will be considered an advantage.
